Alpha Channel (Transparency)
An extra channel that records how transparent each pixel is.
Alongside red, green and blue, an alpha channel stores opacity per pixel, enabling transparent backgrounds. PNG and WEBP support it; JPEG does not.
Create transparency with Remove Background or Circle Crop, and keep it by exporting PNG.
